Ryan Blunden joined Laura Chee, the founder of  Start Small - Achieve Big Team in 2009 to take charge of building the website and backend systems.

Ryan has worked as a Web Applications Developer since 2002 in the Higher Education and Government sectors, private ecommerce businesses, as well as co-founding Seventh Vision Web Technologies in 2005. He's currently the Technical Lead of the Mavericks Web Development Team at Flight Centre in Brisbane.

Ryan is passionate about using his web development and business skills for the community and charity, providing often free web development support and web hosting to not for profits and other community groups such as Rotary. Developing the Start Small Achieve Big website is his way of helping people all over the world achieve their goals and live the life they dream of and deserve.

He is also dedicated to working with youth and being both a participant and junior leader in the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards in 2006 and 2007 was one of the most significant events of his life.

When he is not at work, Ryan loves spending time with partner Jacqui and daughter Ruby, walking along the bay at Wynnum with his dog Tonka. Ryan is also a professional drummer who has played at the Big Day out in 2008 with Lynchmada and 2009 with Misdirection.

Ryan has big plans for the Start Small - Achieve Big project, including support for mobile devices for the Goal Setting Tool and tight integration with various social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter.
